it says

Searching for boot record from IDE-0:...OK
NTLDR missing then it tells me to ctrl+alt+del to restart
if theres no floopy in the drive

then when i put a 98 startup into the drive it says
Searching for boot record from floopy:...OK
and nothing happens. when i hit enter it says
Searching for boot record from floopy:...OK
again.

im using MSI k7t266pro with XP 1800 and 256DDR
i havent installed the OS yet because i cant get past this.

in the bios screen thing it says the processor clock speed in 1150mhz? but i says XP 1800 on the core of the chip. which is clocked at 1.53ghz

About the NTLDR message, check out this article from Microsoft. Basically, I think you need to not only reformat your hard drive, but also repartition it to remove all references to Windows 2000.

If you're having trouble with your bootdisk, try getting another one from www.bootdisk.com.

The reason that the processor is reading 1150MHz is because the Front-Side Bus is set to 100 MHz. (100x11.5=1150) It should be 133 MHz (133x11.5=1530). You can change that in the BIOS.
