I defragged. Cleaned up start up programs. What else can I do?

Can disable some of Xp's eye candy. Head to Display Properties -->Appearance (not on xp right now so I can't remember) and then Advanced. Disable things like shadows under menus n' stuff. Not a huge boost, but a step in the right direction.

And what is KMaestro of C:\KMaestro\KMaestro.exe?

I diabled and nothing happened at restart...I guess it was okay to disable it.
