Does US News rank undergraduate programs like that? For some reason I thought they that for graduate schools only.

If it's not in the top 10 then I don't think the name of the program makes that big of a difference anymore.
Are you interested in BS or MS or PHD?
Do you have a particular sub speciality that you are interested in? ie computer engineering?

Location of Univer is important if you want to graduate and work locally to the school.
