Computer science or ISDS

i've been accepted into a residential IT program at one of the universities i applied to (LSU) and i might want to go into a computer related field so i thought this program might be a good idea. right now im leaning towards computer engineer but im unsure. the program requires me to take either computer science or ISDS... ive taken computer science in high school but did think much of it (although it was only VB...) and have no clue what ISDS is like... so which should i sign up for if i decide to enroll in the residential college?
