Computer running weird and slow

My brother go on Wednesday an downloaded something off a porn site that reall f#$cked up my computer (I warned him about this already, kicked him off my pc for good).

Anyways, I ran Ad-aware SE 3 different times, Spybot S&D 2 different times, Spyware blaster, Pandasoft free virus scan and avast on my computer. While it did get rid of a ton of adware (like 200 items!) and found 6 viruses, my computer is still running slow and kind of weird. I also went into msconfig and prevented almost everything from starting up.

Whenver I try to access something on the bottom toolbar in windows XP it tends to take forever, like when I right click on the start button to go to explorer. My computer is also overall running a little slower than it should be, and the browser is slow to react. I put winpatrol on my computer, but dont see anything too suspicious. Please help me out....

Virus scanners and adware removers find software that wasn't intentionally installed so they may not find the problem. Try running task manager to pinpoint the program using too much cpu(start>run>taskmgr). If it's iexplore there is an internet explorer browser extention manager you might try. If you still can't find the problem I'd reinstall everything considering all the viruses you've had. If you do ever let your brother back on in the future you might try creating a seperate user account to prevent him from messing with anything.
