Computer restarts when multitasking

The new computer i built has:
A pentium 4 3.0 ghz
Asus P4P800-E Motherboard
1 GB DDR
80 GB Hard Drive
Nvidia GeForce FX5500 video card
LG CD reader and writer
Floppy Disk Drive

Well when i play a online game called Conquer online and have to windows open and have characters in training ground and have the browser running the computer just restarts. I have no clue what the problem is, the power supply can output 450w and its currently set on 115w.

ok i did the right click on my computer and took of reset automatically. And this error message comes up with step to take then technical information.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the video driver.

got the problem sorted out i had to install a driver in safe mode to get it to work. Thanks for all your help.
