Does it restart right away or after a couple of minutes? Do you get an error message after the restart? How are your temps and are you overclocking? Did this just start all of a sudden or was there any change in your system when the problem first started happening?

My first thought is to try reinstalling video drivers, but I'm honestly not sure at this point.

it restarts as s as i click on a .exe (about 5 second after)

No error message, just a reboot

No over clocking is being done.

Temps are good as I have an arctic freezer installed.

I just re-install XP and it happened the first time I tried to run an .exe

This could be a power supply problem. Launching a 3D app causes your video card to ramp up and draw more power from the power supply. If the power supply can't meet the demand, it will momentarily interrupt the power, which the motherboard may interpret as a power failure.

you rock xtknight! I disabled the automatic restart, and then I got a bluescreen stating the klif.sys caused the program.

I googled Klif.sys and found out that it was the Kaspersky AV. I exited the AV and then tried to boot the game and it worked just fine.

AV software sucks and only make your computer run slower. Uninstall Kaspersky, keep away from porn and you should be fine.
