Computer Restarting during boot

Hi, I just built an SFF about a week ago, and its been running fine untill last night it restarted itself in the middle of web browsing.

When it started turning back un it restarted itself again while windows was loading itself and now it cant boot up, during various times in the boot process it just restarts itself.

Ive tried swapping HDD's to see if it was a software problem but that didnt change anything, so I'm thinking either motherboard or powersupply?? anyone have any idea what the problem is or has anyone else experienced something similar?

Athlon 64 3000+
MSI RS480M2-IL XPRESS200 RT
Leadtek 6600gt pci-x
1gig corsair value select
Onboard lan/audio
windows xp pro

Will it run windows in safe mode? Also, you may want to try pressing F8 at boot and select "last known good" from the menu list.

tried both those... any other suggestions?
