Computer restarting by itself overnight

I have this new system that I did myself since september05, except my OCZ modstream dying and replacing it with a SEasonic, anyway, I usually leave on my computer 24/7 but this week, overnight it has started to restart by itself. I usually use Azureus for bittorrent, and I just did an update to it, im just wondering if that what it is. I go ahead and do the system recovery and uncheck restarting the comps.

Wondering if it is an overheat, will something get fried?? or what should i do? Thanks for your time and suggestions.

If it's overheating then it's not going to do it any good. Run Prime95 to stress out the CPU and RAM and check temps after an hour or so.

Unplug and let it cool off for a little bit. Plug it back in and do some stress tests with 3DMark05 and Prime95 and check the temps periodically.
