Computer Repair shop management software?

I've been searching for about 5days now and have found a crap ton of software but none are specifically for the computer repair and service industry. Might anyone who runs a shop have some insight into some good software to use?

I'm looking for a computer repair & service software. I have found the following which are good but have some ways to go.

I want to track customers (sales/service)

inventory

Quickbooks should handle that easily, it comes with tons of business trade "templates" already loaded. You probably want the "Premier" version. Just pick your trade type and start entering your data...

I like their software very much but it has a ton of issues most of which I don't have time to deal with. I love their check-in, knowledge base setup.
