Computer Rebooting and Dying

I have a computer that is randomly trying to reboot, shutting off, trying to reboot, shutting off, and continues in this cycle.

About a month ago, had the same problem and ended up reformatting the hard drive and reloading Windows XP. This worked for about a month and now it is doing it again.

Could this be a hard drive going bad and needing to be replaced. No new loads of software and no newly installed hardware.
 
Thanks, I checked out the link you had and I don't appear to have any of the visible sigsn of it being capacitors.

Guess I'll just have to have somebody that knows what they are doing trouble shoot it for me.
