Computer rebooting all by itself.......?

I have no clue what to do. I have never run into anything like this before. My machine will just reboot all of a sudden. It only happens in a game (usually Quake III Team Arena) or when I try to run 3DMark for a bench test. When I run 3DMark, it resarts duing the High Polygon Test. Its a clean restart. No scandisk or anything when it is rebooting. I'm lost. Any ideas?
This problem has just recently started. My machine has had no problems since I upgraded to XP Pro almost a year ago.

System:
Epox 8K7A
AMD 1.33Ghz
512MB PC2100
MSI GeForce2 GTS (32MB)
SB Live! value

Windows XP Pro Version 2002

No, i'm not overclocking.

My temps are average.
As for PSU, its a 340W and it came with my case (Enlight 7237). How would I test it? I really don't want to have to whip out the voltmeter or osciliscope...lol

The best way to check voltages would be to use a voltmeter when you are running what makes it crash. Your voltages also should be in your bios. To check in windows download MBM 5. Run it when you are putting a lot of stress on the system. Since your system is rebooting when it is under a heavy load from the games and benchmarks I am willing to guess it is the PSU.

here are the voltages and temps after running 3D MarK
Vcore - 1.81
Vagp - 1.56
3.3V - 3.41
5V - 4.75
12V - 12.42

CPU temp - 41 C
System temp - 21 C

I'm not sure about the voltages, but the temps look fine.
I know the benchmark isn't the same as gaming for 2 hours, but I honestly don't think my machine is over heating.

Short and Skiny:

1. Open the Case and see if the fans are moving.
The videocard fan normally gets very dirty and will
run slow enough to over heat in games. Simple to
fix just use one of those air cans. If it's just a dead
fan get it replaced.
2. Check to see if your CPU fan is also working.
3. Try taking off any overclocks to your videocards.
4. Try taking out one of the RAMS in your system.
Sometimes ram dies and it's not until a game that
the 2nd ram slot gets used.

Odds are it sounds like your having heat problems to me.
After that then it's either your CASE has a wire switch
problems or the PSU or another hardware part like the
RAM is about to die.
