I am working on my aunt's computer and am having problems I hope someone can help me with. See decided to delete a bunch of files and now she can't use her keyboard or printer or anything. She decided to do a system reboot and used a disk from Compaq. She did it and then this error message came up. It said it can not lock an already locked drive. If you hit ok it then goes to dos. What should she do? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. :disgust:

I would reload Windows! It will hold her profiles and might get it all back in order.

Boot from a floppy. Change over to D: or whatever is the CDROM drive and then run the executable.

Nice of you to help out your aunt.

Good luck.
