So one day my computer stopped working and It wouldn't turn on at all so I took it to microcenter to get them to run a diagnostics test and they told me my mobo was dead and I paid them to install a new one. Then they called me and told me there was also something wrong with the power button on the case and the technician fixed it. For about a week my computer has been working fine, but recently, my computer would randomly just shutdown and turn back on. This has only happened two times so far. Should I be worried? Is there any way I can fix this on my own?

Is it writing to a dump file or just going black and restarting? Is it going through a shut down sequence? What OS?
If you are not sure if it's dumping, download WhoCrashed from this page and see if it finds anything.

You sure it was a shutdown then power on, and not a reboot?
The machine will reboot itself if there is a BSOD. You can turn off the behavior to look at the BSOD screen if you want.

If it is doing a shutdown then power on again, then it could be PSU, or heat related (CPU or even PSU overheating).

it is just shutting down and then turns back on by itself. I checked the gpu and cpu temp and they are normal. I also noticed that It only happens when I am playing games. As for the psu, I noticed my fan doesn't run. But idk if my psu only turns on as a certain temp or if its suppose to always be on.

Yes, the fans on your model power supply only come on when needed.

What are you using to measure Temps? What numbers are you seeing on the cpu cores and video card while gaming?
