Computer random shutdown/turnoff and gpu fan at max, random restarts HELP!!!

Hello

I have this problem with my computer. My system is randomly turning off with no display and at the same time my GPU fan goes to full speed. When i turn everything off and restart again after couple of tried it works fine until another random shutdown occurs. So i am not sure whether its my GPU or PSU. I already sent my GPU once for RMA but they sent me back the same stating no issue with GPU. I have yet to send my PSU, but i feel that its not the issue with PSU, i don't really want to send my well working PSU just because of some hunch, unless i am sure that its my PSU i won't send it for RMA.

I forgot to tell there are two types of random shutdown occurs with my PC.
(1) When screen goes off immediately and GPU fan goes to 100% speed. At this moment PC power led is still on while HDD led is dim.
(2) When PC just turns off entirely, like you have directly turned it off from main switch. At this moment sometimes PC just restarts automatically after few seconds and sometimes its not.

So everything happens randomly. Anyway i have Corsair CX600 V2 SMPS and XFX 5830 1 GB GDDR5.

I took this screen shot today, do u think my 600W smps is not enough to power my system? Currently i have removed my gpu from system and so far its running fine.

One more thing i want to mention. I did this experiment yesterday, i had my old 450W smps and i connected it my gpu which is in my system. I connected my 450W psu to 6pin port at the back of my card. So basically two smps was running one pc. Ths setup worked for about an hour then that shutdown occurred again, gpu fan went to 100% speed.

The purpose of this thread is that i want to know what actually is bad/faulty? GPU, MOBO, PSU?

Thank you

I don't think it's your PSU.

Yes i tried installing them again and again, even tried beta drivers still the problem keep occurring. My card's idle temperature is 35°C and full load temp is 86°C and i think its pretty normal for a gpu to get this much hot. Shutdown still happens even when gpu is idle, so it got nothing to do with temperatures.

@Jaydip
Yes i saw in even log, its under critical shutdown "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Used different PCI E connectors as well available on my motherboard, but problem is still the same.

- And nothing before that? Look further back in the logs.
Also, is this a new build, all new components? Some scraps ?

What about the clock speed on the GPU? Did the clock speed jump, that cause the fan to max out.

Did you OC your CPU and/or GPU?

@cytg111
Nope, nothing before that, only this entry of shutdown.
Its a new build, while my psu is almost 3 years old, that's because i bought it in april 2011. I am suffering from this issue for over an year now.

@bleucharm28
I am not sure about the clock speeds upon shutdown occurred. How do i check it?
I never OC'ed my cpu or gpu.
