computer questions, come on in

hey guys, have a few questions:

I'm putting together a computer for a friend of mine. I'm just wondering if the parts I have is good enough for what he wants. he wants to be able to play counter strike, war craft 3...and other games.

I'm going with an ecs mobo/cpu(2000xp) combo from frys, geforce3 ti200(fanless), 300watt ps, 512mb pc2700 ram(mushkin). I'm not a gamer, I don't play any games at all, I do know this config isn't good enough for the newer games, but is it ok for war craft and stuff?
