My computer began locking up today during the boot-up and within Windows. However, after the last lock, it now refuses to even post. Absolutely nothing happens besides the fans and drives powering up.

Is this a bios or hard-drive problem, a combination of the two, or something else?
 
Also, I did try resettig the bios, nothing:

Athlon XP-M 2600 OC'd to 3200 spec
WD 120gig 7200rpm
1gig Corsair Xms memory
MSI K7N2 Delta-Ilsr
