Computer Problem, Please Help

i just rebuilt my computer after dusting it out. the little plastic thing that latches to your pci-e graphics card kinda snapped off (just the thing that latches to the card, not the slot itself).

anyway, now, i put my computer back together and the little light on my monitor stays orange and doesn't show a picture at all... it never turns green.

did i destroy my motherboard? some of the condensed air cold liquid got in the graphics card's heatsink. i'm pretty sure it really has nothing to do with the problem, but do you think it is?

i don't know what else to do right now... i don't have another graphics card to swap and test and i don't have another motherboard to swap and test.
