Computer powers now but memory is iffy

Thanks to help already received, I can get power to my new build. However, it seems there is a problem with my RAM. When I only plug one stick (G.Skill F3-10666CL9S-4GBRL), it will sometimes POST after pressing the MEM OK! button on my motherboard. When I don't press it, it usually will not come on (CPU LED remains on and red). Any time I plug in more than one stick (with one exception) it will not come on whether or nor I use MEM OK!. The one exception was when I plugged all four sticks in once it came on.

What should I do?

Found a fix-

Turns out I had to lower the speed on my ram. Everything running smoothly now.
