Misplaced

Build has been running perfect for about 3 months now, then today it started to randomly reset itself, after about the third time I tried to turn it back on and now it consistently resets once it reaches the Window's Vista loading screen.

Components:

Window's Vista Home Premium
BIOSTAR TFORCE TA790GX3
AMD Phenom 8750 Toliman 2.4GHz Socket AM2+ 95W Triple-Core Black Edition
POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4830 512MB 256-bit GDDR3
Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST31000333AS 1TB
OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ400MXSP 400W ATX12V V2.2 Modular Active PFC
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 800

In a Antec Three Hundred Case.

Only thing i can suggest trying, boot in safe mode, if you can get in safe mode odds are its a driver/ software issue. this way it would be a start for you to isolate the problem.

When I click safe mode it still goes to the window screen and then resets. Thinking a possible memory issue or windows got corrupt?

Not to sure what to suggest, I think i would try resetting the BIOS to defaults, i assume your not overclocking, if not, than try booting with your cd and do a repair. Could be a corrupt file.
If your thinking possible corrupt windows than do a repair first, if no go set BIOS to default settings....if still nothing, than memory/PSU??

Replaced the cpu fan, new one works. However now I'm getting a "No Signal" message from my monitor. Made sure everything is connected firmly and in the right places. Computer turns on and sounds like it's loading up, just can't get any video out.
