Computer Power Supply: what's the lowest voltage i can get out of a connector?

I'm working on a project and i'm starting with minimal voltage first, and i happen to have a computer PS handy. What's the lowest voltage i can get out of a connector ?

The 3.3V line won't sink current.

You will need to apply a load to it before you use it in the 5-3.3V configuration as described by jagec.

Using a stock harness that is split from a computer power supply, what is the lowest voltage using two wires (one pos, one ground/neg) ?
