Computer Pouring One Out?

I ordered a P4 3.2GHz the other day to add to my system. I took out the old CPU and put in the new one. And now when the computer boots up, right after it Verifies DMI Settings, an endless stream of "40" is scrolled down my screen. About a month ago, I had a similar error where a bunch of "00"'s scrolled down the screen after the "Verifying DMI settings" That turned out to be a faulty RAM problem.

The Mobo is a Soyo SY-P4I875P Dragon 2. <----I think she's the culprit.

So far, Ive swapped out ram with confirmed good ram, I swapped out the CPU with the old CPU. Cleared CMOS settings, kicked a hole in my wall, and screamed "why does this always happen". These steps havent worked.

Im considering purchasing a mobo to see if that is the problem. Unfortunately no other mobo in my house would run that chip or my ram. Just wondering if anyone has heard of this before, or if any of you have an idea.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated.

Yes, HT is enabled in the BIOS, and the Old CPU was a 2.4c which was a HT cpu as well.

On monday I will have access to more components to test, so I will be able to test the VideoCard, the HardDrives, soundcard, and the motherboard itself. I have had such extremley bad luck upgrading this computer. Everytime I put a new component in, Ive had some sort of trouble. And its not like im inexperienced with PC building/upgrade.
