Computer plugged to laptop screen for display?

Hi I was wonder if it's possible to plug your computer to a laptop to use its screen as ur comp monitor?
I figured out i need certain cables if it's possible... but is it possible?
 
well what I really wanna do is

u see I got this TX Box and it's like an external tv tuner card but like 1000 times better.

I wanna use my laptop LCD monitor to watch the stuff instead of a normal CRT monitor i have... and I just dunno how to do it.

Like I don't need to use the laptop itself... just the laptop LCD for the tv box
