Computer or T.V

I don't nearly watch as much tv as I do use the computer.

I only have basic cable too.

Also, any dvd i rent can easily be played on my computer.

tv is mostly for watching movies wth friends and such.

Crap, I misread the question and voted for computer. TV would be gone. Now if the computer had a 233 Pentuim 2 processor, no internet, 32 mb or ram, No tuner card, a non-3d compadable vid card, no soundcard, windows 95, and no sound, then I might opt to get rid of the computer for a tv.

I already have and it was the TV. Tv is boring there is nothing on anymore it's all just pointless reality shows. If you want reality walk out the door and experience it for yourself. No need to watch somebody else living life on TV when you can do it yourself.

I'd give up the TV

i can download tv shows so i'd gladly give up tv

btw this thread title will probably cause some to vote the opposite answer...

Of course since you are asking this question on ATOT, the answers will be one-sided....

Do recall, your asking a forum of computer geeks.

Not TV fanatics....

i bet most os the votes for computer are from people who misread the question 🙂

i know i'm one of them

Doh, voted for the wrong thing thinking "which will you keep?" before reading.

Anyhow, TV without a doubt. I barely ever use mine, I can just download the few shows I might care to watch.

TV, no questions asked, I've barely watched any TV in the last 5 years.

It's not but crap nowadays. Especially with all that "reality" programming bullshit.
