I don't think it's really a problem, but it's annoying nevertheless. I have a Radeon 9600 pro videocard and I like to keep the TV-Out option on. The problem is that if I turn the computer off, the secondary display (TV) goes off AND the monitor refresh rate too (from 75 to 60Hz). Then I have to adjust everything again.... Is there a way to LOCK these options?
