Computer not letting me share files!!

Hey, my XP computer will not share its files with the 98se computer. The network works other then that. ICS works, and i can even get into the C drive of the XP from the 98se, but when i click a folder to open in the C drive, it says access denied!

the C drive on the xp is shared though.. so im just wondering if someone can help me out.

also- playing net games doesn't work either. The 98se computer works just fine, but the xp comp i guess isn't set up correctly for it, if someone could help me there. It gives me a message that, is it ipx? i don't know, something isn't configured, or installed, correctly. sorry about the sketchy details on that, i will try to get on the XP later on.
