Computer not booting

So last friday my computer just turned off out of the blue. After that it just spun the fans for a fraction of a second and then when i tried to hit the power on button again nothing happened.

After this i concluded that the PSU must have gone haywire so I went out and bought another one, plugged it in and the same thing happened. After this I was sure it had to be the motherboard so out I go again and get me a new motherboard. I switch out the old motherboard and plug everything in, now it tries to start for a little longer but no image comes up on my screen and the computer doesn't post, after having tried for a short while it reboots. This happens until I manually hold the power button down or switch the PSU off. Because of this I thought the RAM had to be damaged so I take it out one at a time and this always happens until I take out the second RAM stick and now it doesn't reboot loop but it still doesn't post or give me any error messages.

Because of this I get a RAM stick from my friend and try that with the new motherboard and PSU but with the new RAM the same things happens as with the old sticks.

Now I am at a loss and have no idea what might be wrong so I seek your guidance. If you have any ideas please post them, I'm getting rather desperate.

don't you have to plug into the onboard, go into the BIOS and disable onboard, then plug into normal vid card? Sorry, been a couple years since I've built a system.
