Computer not booting, only beep sound of boot.

Computer not booting up, not even boot screen coming. Only beep sound of computer starting coms up and then nothing more.

I use to shake wire of power or SATA(to HDD) to fix it up but now its not working.

Should I change my POWER SUPPLY and SATA wire? Note: Power Supply is of local brand and repaired once, maybe its at fault? 🙂
