what's the feet stuff underneath made out of? 1 at each corner. i was thinking of putting teflon on there but if the stuff is made out of teflon, then there's no point of putting it on there since it's the same material.

The surface of the skate is either plastic OR teflon.
Most of the time it is teflon ON plastic. It is important to remember that there are different types / grade of teflon.
So the 'smoothness' will change depending on its specific type (PTFE/FEP), teflon density, thickness, etc.

That's why you will find teflon at a wide different range of pricing. Most of the more expensive ones are much more smooth than some of the cheapo you can order.

On most of the mouse feets, they use a ultra thin layer of teflon that wears out over time. That's why when you buy new mouseskates they only last about 2-3 months. Once the teflon is gone, you are left with the plastic backing. (Basically plastic layer -> teflon layer = 4 little dots on the mouse)

Note to self: Did I call logitech or not yet? Oh sh!t, I better do that tomorrow.

just go to cshyde and get the teflon mousepad and the tape. logitech feet are teflon and wear down on hard surfaces over time, u cannot easily replace em, better to have em teflon taped. teflon tape is uber smooth tahts for sure.
