I'm switching my monitor with my brother. It's a Sylvania 19 inch but everything comes out green. Only happens after I install the ATI drivers. Colors come out perfectly fine in safe mode and before I install any drivers. This monitor worked great on my bro's comp. I have no idea what is wrong.

Using Windows XP
ATI Radeon 8500 bba
 
Wrong drivers - perhaps wrong setting for video card.Try using generaic XP drivers and see what happens.
