Computer Mic / Headphone

Anyone have a quick recommendation for set of mic/headphones? they dont have to be the awesome aureal gaming type, something inexpensive but good. 1 ear or 2 ear, usb or 1/8 .,. it doesn't matter.

I use the PC151's. Light weight and good sound.

Edit: Perhaps not that inexpensive though . . . I guess it depends on what your budget is. I use my headphones about 95% of the time so I put a little more money into them. I think my regular speakers cost $15 on sale.

Another vote for the Sennheiser 151s. I have 2 sets in the house, one for me and the other for my wife. They are wonderfully light, have a nice long cord, and the audio fidelity is spectacular.

Amazon has them for 50 bucks, free ship. that's where I got mine.

I like my Razer's, but they are pricey. The Icemat's are nice but they tend to break fairly easily.

awesome set ... cheap with great sound and positionality

You don't need a sound card and they are USB P&P

I've used usb type headsets before in the past and they are okay. This time I was thinking of trying to use a set that plugs straight into my X-Fi XtremeMusic sound card. See what the diff is if any. Got a new rig so figured get a new headset and pass the old ones to the kid.
