computer making strange sound..

just got my computer , amd64 3000+ with MSI 250gb motherboard. BUt whenever i start my computer it always making some strange sound(its not that loud though). Any suggestion?

you are going to have to describe the sound. Is it a beep, a buzzing, a speaker type noise, a humm, clicking, whoosh...
