Computer making some odd sound

I recently installed a new PSU a Corsair cx650 watt 80+ bronze and it's started making this really loud sound. I've been ignoring it for a week and it's gotten alot louder. Is there anything that can be causing this? Did I mabey plug the cords in the wrong place (if that's possible). Need help!! The sound is like someone but a card in between the bike wheels and it's making this brrrrrrrrr sound. Is it ok if I ignore it?

This is a new PSU? Return it, it's defective.

But before you do that, make certain that you don't have any cables rubbing against the CPU fan or the rear exhaust fan. It may not be the PSU at all. (And if is, return it.)
