Computer making high pitch noise!

This is probably the weirdest thing ive run accross so far. My computer is making VERY high pitch whisltling sound, i cannot tell where it comes from. Here is the odd part, its goes on and off in coorination with me pressing a key, moving the mouse around or clicking a mouse button. (wired keyboard-usb, and usb wireless mouse) It will be very high pitch, then i type a key and i stops, till another key is hit, then it comes back, some times for no reason at all. i can not stand this noise any more! it sounds the highest pitch on a casio keyboard. Any ideas? power supply? fan? i hhave tried moving stuff around, monitor, speakers, CPU all kinds of stuff. Also, almost every thing in the pc is new, AMD athlon 2600+, evermax powersupply, gigabyte mobo.

Oh my god, it's probably your Enermax powersupply. I have the same problem with my computer and i found that it's coming from my Enermax powersupply.

I emailed them about it and they said to RMA it. But since it's not that loud a sound, i think i'll probably just live with it. I can't afford to be without my computer for the time it takes to send it back and wait for a new one.

man, im glad some one knew what i was talking about! its been driving me insayne! my supply came with the case, ill just go buy a new one... im not driving all the way back to *cough* Fry's *cough*
