Computer locks up

Got a weird problem here. I swear I've had this problem before, but I don't remember how I fixed it.

The computer just randomly locks up. The screen just freezes. no blue screen, no restart.

I just did a fresh install of windows XP. Nforce drivers from nvidia (didn't instal IDE SW)

The specs of the computer as of follows

MSI K8N Neo
A64 X2 3800
ATI X800 XL 512
2x512MB OCZ Premier
2x1G OCZ Platinum
Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer
WD Raptor 36 GB main
Quantum 40 gig

I wish I could give you guy's more to work on, but I got nothin'.
