Computer lock program

What is the best software (preferrably freeware, but doesn't have to be) to lock my computer? I have a roommate that I don't entirely trust.

are you using windows 2k/xp? you can just press alt-ctrl-del and lock it that way

I just have the task manager when I do ctrl-alt-del, and given Microsoft's recent track record in relation to security of any form, I wouldn't doubt that this could be easily circumvented by anyone. But thanks anyway.
