Computer keeps trying to install "Default Monitor"

My computer won't stop bugging me about trying to install "Default Monitor", i don't need or want it though. My drivers are already installed for my monitor and my TV is working fine displaying everything. How can i get it to stop bugging me?
 
Odd... the only time my pc detects default monitor is when it gets to windows and I forgot to turn the monitor on.
