I have a 965P-S3 motherboard, Core 2 E6400 OCZ 2gb ram, 256mb of 1.8v ram (for bios fix to allow the higher voltage ram). I just flashed the bios to F5 from F3 and it worked fine for 10 minutes or so, allowing me to go into windows and install some drivers from the cds for my vid card, etc (just built this computer). When it asked me to restart, I did and now it resets every 3 seconds and doesn't allow me to do anything. I've tried putting back in the 256mb ram, tried the 2gb of ram..No change

Any clues?

hypertheft i just have the same problem... i have the ASUS p5n32 SLI SE c2S E6700 and the Seasonic S12 600W ... and i installed everythign and it worked but then it just kept restarting after the POST screen.... soo i tested the memory with MEMTEST 86 .. it boots from disc. .. rule out the memory ... also check the temperature of the CPU from the bios .. run HDD diagnostic utilities... (copmany websites) check ure PSU on another computer. ... replace the vid card wiht anotherone and see if the same error occours ... reset the CMOS on the mobo .... try all this and if none of them work .. then ull reach where i am .. i have RMA'd the motherboard ... and i still have the problem .. sooo yeah
