Computer is going crazy

My computer suddenly gave me a blue screen; something about beginning dump of system memory. I restarted but the screen was just black. Restarted but then nothing would load, could only see my wallpaper. After many retries it finally seems pretty normal.

Checking for viruses and spyware atm. Anything else I should do?
 
Yeah, make backups of your most important stuff as a precaution, in case the system's getting ready to do something more drastic.
