From time to time, I hear a buzz coming from the front of the computer (which has 2 fans with LEDs on them); after a few seconds, it stops. I can't seem to reproduce it as it is completely random. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the LEDs, could it be related to a power fluctuation?

LEDs don't buzz. Make sure you narrow down where its coming from. It could be from your intake fan, or drives if its coming from the front fo the case. Otherwise it could be a voltage regularot on the motherboard or video card making the noise. Worste case its the PSU making the sound and its getting readdy to die on you. Possibly taking out other components along the way.

Without knowing exactly what kind of sound it is (make a recording :p) My guess would also be the fans. Perhaps one of them might be dying, Although I think they would whine more than buzz. What else is near your fans when something buzzes?
