computer involuntary restarts.

My computer constantly, involuntary restarts.
I did all the obvious checks, and tweaks, but, still no success.
Any ideas, anyone, please?
 
Things that are obvious to some may not be so obvious to others. So, please tell us:

1. What are you doing when it restarts
2. Any blue screen messages if you have/have seen them
3. The model computer you have or the parts that are in it (please include parts supply)
4. The age of the computer and how long you have been having this issue

Mine sometimes restarts as well,I think its a HEAT issue.... If it gets over a certain temp,it reboots.......... I might have to look and see if she needs cleaning in there again....

Check all your fans,etc...... Make sure nothing is blocking them 🙂
