Computer has caught a case of the "resets" and "lockups" - HELP!

Built the below system about a month ago and today, while surfing on the net for some unreal tournament downloads, I had a lockup.

Fair enough I thought, happens to everyone once in a while. Reset the machine and continued to surf - locks up again.

Switched the machine off, waited for a few minutes, and once again started surfing. This time the thing resets itself. And continues to reset itself over and over, without booting.

Cleared the bios settings in case overclocking was the problem (although my temps are always low and the machine is only mildly overclocked for prime 95 stability, always been 100% stable in the past) and switched the machine on. Fans start-up, CD-ROMs kick in, no monitor signal, no motherboard beep.

Reset the machine and this time it boots. Enter bios to alter settings but while I'm doing this the machine locks up again.

What's the story with modern PC's? My good old home built AMD 586 133@160 has had no problems whatsoever, never locks up and is still going strong.

I decide to build an up-to-date system and I've had nothing but issues: the infamous sblive! problem, graphics cards refusing to work at AGP 4x, cdrw's refusing to be recognised at boot up. Finally after weeks of frustration I ?bypass?, usually not solve, these and other problems out (apart from my graphics card - it's still at AGP 2x) and have a rock solid stable system with which I'm happy with. Month down the road and the whole thing gives up.

I've spent a lot of money on this system and don't have clue which component needs returning - everything is brand new and under warranty. My guess is the power supply, but can anyone help me with this, PLEASE?

Gez, next time I'm just gonna buy a crappy integrated motherboard for applications and a console for games. All this messin' around is not worth it!

Thanks for your time and help.
