Computer Hard Locks

I've been having issues with my computer hard locking recently. I don't know what causes it, but I can get it to repeat itself relatively frequently. Here are the symptoms:

Running:
i5 750, stock (undervolted, -0.1 v)
Hyper 212+ with a couple of GT AP-13 on it
2x2 corsair 1600 1.65v (@1333 1.6v, VTT @ 1.17)
1 gig f3 spinpoint samsung
80 gig intel g2 ssd
hd 5770
seasonic x650

When it hardlocks, the computer is NOT under stress (it seems that I can run prime 95 and intel burn tests all day long and have nothing happen), but when I am browsing webpages, or doing nothing, it does hardlock. When it locks, my keyboard and mouse lights go off. The mouse stops moving (more like it turns off?) I have my system hooked up to a Kill-A-Watt equivalent, and my power usage goes from ~60 watts idle up to 90 watts, and stays there.

The locks started happening after I bought the x25-m 80gig, along with a seasonic S12II 430 and a couple of gentle typhoon 1150's. I was using an OCZ fala|1ty 550 before, and decided I'd try to get a more reliable power supply. After I installed the new seasonic, it started locking up relatively frequently, and always under idle loads. It happened before and after I installed win7 pro on the new SSD. Thinking it might be the S12II 430, I decided to go all out and see if the a really high quality power supply would do the trick (hence to x650). It seems to have reduced the frequency of the hardlocks in that I can run the computer overnight or several days on end, and not get locks.

This is not, I think, having to do with the undervolt; I've tried stock settings and it does not fix the problem. I've found that certain websites WILL hardlock my computer, regardless of my voltage settings. Temperatures when it hardlocks are low.

Maybe I'll try running my comp off the HDD for a bit, on the same websites that cause lockups on my SSD. Can the SSD be responsible for it? Or what else could it be?
