does anyone know what time they did the upgrade? It sounds like the began upgrading just before the opening bell, or they didnt test out the software. Eitehr way, it was a stupid mistake.

It now turns out that some stocks arent showing up.. one of the main ones is IBM.. It wasnt trading for some reason ( i dont know if it is still not trading).
