Computer giving me trouble

My rig has been running great for a while...except a little fluke. Every once in a while while I am playing a game, the game will freeze for a few seconds (sound repeats and all) and then the game just resumes as if nothing happends...

I just ran a single pass on memtest and all went well.

My guess it it's either the video card or the processor, any help?
