Computer generating electrical noise

OK, I've got a pain in the a$$ neighbor who listens to his AM radio and is complaining that my new (just built it) computer is generating electrical noise. Thought he was nuts until he was just here with his little radio and I turned the computer off. Damn if he wasn't right. I used to be a calibrationist in the Army and I know hunting down this kind of thing can be a royal pain. Any one ever run into this one before? I've got a good feeling it could be the fans but eeesh I sure don't feel like playing musical swap out with 2 case fans the cpu and video card fans and then add into it the power supply. How about some general type of shielding for the case like an 'RF drop?'
