Computer freezing

My laptop Keeps freezing and it freezes faster once I connect to the internet. Im looking to reset the whole thing but on my boot manager page I don't have 'Windows (ems enabled)' can anyone help me please
 
I believe EMS is for servers.

What was the last thing you did before this happened? Can you do a system restore?

You can use a command in Admin mode

sfc /scannow
and see if that fixes anything. If not there is a repair install option you could do. What OS?

Do you have malware on the computer? Have you tried uninstalling the network card driver in safe mode and reinstalling the latest if available?
