I had this problem for a while. Built my own computer and after a while it started to freeze randomly and I had to force restart it myself. Thinking it was a hardware issue I replaced PSU, still didn't solve the problem. Replaced VGA, which they found it defective and sent me a new one but didn't solve the problem the computer keep freezing. Run RAM scan and try each stick individually and no problems with RAM. One day the computer just completely shutdown on its own. When started it would shutdown and start again with no output so I replace the motherboard and installed windows again. Everything good to go, system up and running again and no problems until it started the freezing problem again. So I look at my logs and I see that there's a 'frutos' service that can't start. Googled and some people have freezing and files getting deleted due to the Bit Defender anti-virus software. I clean unistalled BD and system run even faster. When boot it used to take me to a black screen where i couldn't move the cursosr but that was for like 3 sec. Now that is gone and the computer runs smoothly and faster. I installed MSE in replacement of BD. The freezing still happening. Any ideas?
