My computer kept freezing up In Windows XP. I couldn't tell why. I had these devices in it:

Power Up power supply 350watt
Chaintech ZENITH nforce2 m/b
2400XP
volcano 9 cpu fan
fan 1 = back of case
fan 2 = back of case
fan 3 = in front of case
fan 4 = side of case
fan 5 = on top of case
hd 1
hd 2
hd 3
small power for SATA convertor on HD1
small power for SATA convertor on HD2
floppy drive
cdrw drive
PCI network card.

Now last week sometime I was lookin in the case, and one case fan stopped working, and then powered on. So i thoought poop maybe a loose power cable somewhere. Then yea this pc freezing was happening. I removed a pci network card and the freezing seemed to stop, but it didn't. This morning the computer froze after being on some time. I rebooted again. after trying to access a HD i heard it click, like just booting pu sound revving up. So i figured ok power problem. I disconnected that HD. Now i am at work so i hadn't had a chance to look at it. Some person told me maybe it is my power supply, because geforce4 requires 300watts min, and my ps is crap it goes for $15..

now the crazy thing is, i still want to add:

hd3
hd4
dvd
fan 6
tv tuner card

so wht should i do, get a new PS? and is an Antec true 330 enough? I don't want to buy underpower and hafta return it and get a newone so what do u think my problem is?

Sounds like the power supply is a bit flakey. I would think that a good 400w or better PS would fix your problem.

I agree, seems to be a PS problem. I like the Antec TruePower 430 personally for all those devices. Though Enermax are also highly recommended.
