Computer Freezes

I've posted the issue before and I thought it was network related. When I'm playing Final Fantasy 11 online, it will randomly freeze. Previously it would kick me out of the game and ask me to reconnect. I believe I corrected the wireless network issue since it doesn't do that anymore. (asking to reconnect and resetting my network up time)

However, the video still freezes randomly and sometimes gives me a blue screen of death. Other times it will freeze and I will have to CTRL ALT DEL and end the task, otherwise the music of the game will just continue to play but nothing shows up on the screen nor any sound effects, just music.

Setup:

AMD64 3800
OCZ 3700 EB 1 gig
Asus A8v
PNY 6800 Ultra (61.77 drivers)
Creative ZS2 Soundcard

I've reinstalled and uninstalled the video drivers, currently doing the memtest86 right now, waiting on those results, I read on viaarena that if you have a AMD northbridge AGP southbridge combo then you should use AMD's video drivers, I coudln't even find those drivers on their website. I did however find some kinda driver for AMD 64 processors for windows...is this something that should be installed when setting up a new rig???

The Via drivers I used were off the Support CD that came with the MOBO, I believe the version is 4.49.

Is anybody else having issues like this with this setup?? Thanks for your help.

I've seen people on various forums that changing the AGP setting in bios from 8X to 4X can resolve the problem. However, why ??? Isn't 8X better and faster, and with this up to date rig, shouldn't 8X be compatible? Also what is the recommended AGP apeture size?? 256mb, 128, 64, or 32??
